ADJIN SDN BHD is a property developer and construction contractor in Tanah Merah, Kelantan — specialising in single-storey bungalows, terrace houses and low-cost homes, delivered on schedule with workmanship you can rely on.
About Us
ADJIN SDN BHD operates out of Kampung Pasir Panji, Tanah Merah — an area we know inch by inch. Since 2020 we have completed 19 residential units comprising single-storey bungalows, semi-detached and low-cost homes, and we are currently building 4 terrace units.
The land we develop is our own — so the quality of every house carries our name.
Earthworks, structure, roofing, finishing and fencing are all handled by the same team.
Every project below lists its lot and year. Come and see them for yourself.
Services
From a single bungalow to a full row of terrace houses — we take the work from bare land to keys handed over.
Individual bungalows on their own lots — modern design, high roofs, car porch and full finishing.
Row construction for small housing schemes — uniform structure, completed together, controlled cost.
Low-cost units for young families and tenants — solid, practical and affordable.
We develop our own land lots in Kampung Pasir Panji — from subdivision to completed homes for sale.
We take on house construction contracts for private landowners — built on your own land.
Tiling, kitchen, ceiling, fencing and car porch — the final finishing before the keys are handed over.
